Materials
The products are exclusively made from PLA (polylactic acid).
We chose this material since PLA is a bio-based plastic which decreases it's environmental impact
Production process
The products are made using additive manufacturing technology (3D printing), more specifically a technique called FD (Fused Deposition Modeling).
During this process the product is build up of tiny layers of molten material. Due to this production method tiny visible lines are present in the product. At Nineties Loop we aim for the highest available quality, limiting the layer height as much as possible.
